Bill Rate: $67/hour C2C
Location: Tallahassee, FL

Direct Client Requirement

Required Qualifications & Skills:

PMP® certification.
10+ years of experience managing large, complex projects with multiple, diverse teams.
10+ years of experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Jira.
Strong experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
Hands-on experience with PMO methodologies, standards, and documentation.
Proven expertise in risk and issue management, milestone tracking, and corrective action planning.
Experience facilitating meetings, documenting outcomes, and producing internal and external status reports.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet overall project objectives.
Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Proven record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Track project milestones and recommend schedule or resource adjustments.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Lead coordination across technical and non-technical teams.
Manage vendors and third-party project deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:
Agile or Scrum certification.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Experience managing waterfall projects.
Experience with state government projects, including compliance with Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C.
Experience managing projects with large, distributed user bases.
Experience working with technical and development teams.
Knowledge of IT standards in criminal justice environments.
Strong skills in negotiation, mediation, facilitation, and team building.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
